HOA Resolutions

The Ballenger Crossing Board understands and accepts their responsibility to enforce the Covenants, the community's governing documents, fully and fairly with all HOA members. Therefore, a Resolution Packet has been mailed to all residents in September that outlined the Resolution process, fine system, and collection policy.

These Resolutions are not new Covenants but a clarification of our existing Covenants. All these resolutions have been reviewed by the community's law firm, Elmore & Associates.
